Was Charles Washington Cook born in White County, Illinois in 1857? He appears suddenly in Howell County, Missouri in 1900 along with the Bolerjack family, who his daughter, Eliza married into, but we have no idea where he was born other than Illinois. We also can't find a burial for Charles, although we're fairly sure he was dead by 1910. He married Delphia McMurtry Summers Perkins @1890.
