Seeking information about Richard HAIL, Luke HAIL and James HAIL, whose households are listed sequentially in the 1830 census of White County, IL at p. 37. Based on their ages and sequential listing in the census, I believe that Richard, Luke and James were probably brothers of each other. Assuming that Richard, Luke and James were the oldest persons in their households in 1830, they were born sometime betweeen 1780 and 1790, 1790 and 1800, and 1790 and 1800, respectively. Thomas J. KENT was born at Caldwell County, KY 1847. His father was Jordon KENT and mother, Gilla JONES. He is on the 1860 Caldwell census in the household of Zebulon BLACKBURN. By 1870, he is at Union County, KY. He goes to Gallatin County, IL with Laura B. WIGGINS on 21 Sep 1871 and gets married. He next shows up living with his brother Isiah at Union County, KY. No Laura. I believe his children at this time are George, age 8, Gillie, age 6, and Martha E., age 5. The next mention of Thomas is on the Gallatin County, IL marriage license of his future sister-in-law, Hannah MCQUAY. She got married at Thomas' place, the 29th of Sep 1886. Thomas had remarried to Mary E. (last name?) from IL in 1885 according to Clay County, AR 1900 census. Family members insist they came from White County, IL to AR. Any info such as death data on Laura or maiden name of Mary and marriage date appreciated.

George Washington Morgan married Julie Margaret Robertson. They had a son named Grover Cleveland Morgan who lived in Maunie, IL and married Grace May Jones. Was Charles Washington Cook born in White County, Illinois in 1857? He appears suddenly in Howell County, Missouri in 1900 along with the Bolerjack family, who his daughter, Eliza married into, but we have no idea where he was born other than Illinois. We also can't find a burial for Charles, although we're fairly sure he was dead by 1910. He married Delphia McMurtry Summers Perkins @1890.
